The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas

A book that I have enjoyed reading is “The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas” written by John Boyne. The main characters are Bruno, a nine year old boy from Germany and Shmuel, a young Jewish boy who is a prisoner in Auschwitz. The two boys become good friends, but both get killed in the end.
